Own and refine requirements by capturing them as clear, testable user stories and defining acceptance criteria aligned with industry best practices. Collaborate closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of scope and outcomes using agile ceremonies such as ‘3-amigos’ and ‘Refinement’ sessions. Model business processes and solutions through workflows, user journey maps, and other visual artefacts to demonstrate as-is and to-be solutions. Build and maintain subject matter expertise by developing a deep understanding of our products, systems, and business processes, enabling you to provide informed guidance and support to teams. Understand and document any areas of risk, dependencies, or compliance impacts. Work hand in hand with different internal departments to understand the needs of the business and document how our systems are used. What You’ll Have
Experience working as a business analyst, ideally in an agile or scaled environment. Experience working alongside a development team. Familiarity with an array of backlog management tools. Analytical mind, strong communication skills, great stakeholder management skills, personable, proactive and inquisitive. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing workloads, and prioritising appropriately. Seniority level
