What you’ll do
Take on a
70/30 hands-on vs. leadership split —coding, architecting, and mentoring.
Lead a small, talented team of developers in an
agile, product‑focused environment
(scrum).
Work across a
modern full‑stack environment

HANDS ON Software Engineering Manage of a team between 2–10 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth
Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform
Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes
Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features
Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent
Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence
Remain technically hands‑on, especially while teams scale
We’re seeking strong full‑stack engineers who lead by example.
Experience with large‑scale, complex systems is a major advantage.
