About the Role
You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and optimising Salesforce solutions for a range of financial services clients. This is a hands‑on development position where you will translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and best‑practice Salesforce functionality.
Working within a highly skilled technical team, you’ll contribute to complex implementations, integrations, and custom development, while helping clients maximise the value of their Salesforce investment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customise, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other platform tools.
Translate business requirements into high‑quality, scalable technical solutions.
Work on end‑to‑end project delivery, including integrations with external systems.
Support solution design, technical documentation, and code reviews.
Collaborate closely with clients in the financial services sector, ensuring solutions meet regulatory, security, and operational needs.
Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and Salesforce best practices.
Experience & Skills Required
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally within a consultancy or multi‑project environment.
Financial services sector experience is essential.
Strong working knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and integration techniques.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, data modelling, and security best practices.
Ability to engage confidently with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, etc.) are highly beneficial.
