The Sales Team at Actionstep drives strong customer and partner relationships and creates powerful first impressions that reflect our product’s value. Responsibilities
Dive deep into customer challenges, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling solutions Partner closely with Sales to create unforgettable demos, build confidence, and drive meaningful adoption Showcase the full potential of Actionstep through problem‑solving, technical expertise, and communication skills Key Strengths
Excellent communicator with customers and internal teams, confident at saying no when necessary Strong relationship builder – personable, empathetic, and able to understand customer needs Curious and eager to learn; stays current with technology and industry trends Proactive problem solver with technical confidence and quick learning ability Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, or equivalent experience Proven experience in sales engineering or technical pre‑sales within tech Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts to all audiences Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities Willingness to travel for on‑site customer work Comfortable using Office 365 Desirable
Experience with Salesforce.com Knowledge or exposure to the legal industry Personal Skills & Competencies
