Unique role working for Nuffield Health at a client office, on-site, in central London to support data analysis activity across multiple services within Wellness.
Person Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred but not essential
At least 2 years’ experience in a Data Analyst role, preferably in corporate health and wellness.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Excel).
Experienced in visualisations and building dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Main duties and key responsibilities
Collect and analyse employee wellness engagement data from various sources.
Liaise with the firm’s appointed vendor partners in order to collate all relevant data
Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and provide reports and insights to senior leaders.
Construct interactive dashboards from multiple data-sets to enable enhanced decision-making.
Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimise statistical efficiency and data quality.
Work closely with the EMEA Medical Director and EMEA Head of Wellness on data that can inform the future of wellness strategy.
Add value to EMEA Wellness projects with data analytics.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data security.
Create clear and comprehensive reports that demonstrate analytic findings appropriate to stakeholder needs
Support the on-site Fitness Centre, on-site Children’s Centre and Parenting team with data based projects and operational efficiencies.
