What You’ll Do Lead and grow BRE’s sales pipeline across Scotland and Northern regions. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Build long‑term relationships with key accounts and industry partners. Identify new opportunities across industrial, commercial, and public sectors. Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, bids, and presentations. Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure solutions meet client needs. Analyse market trends and performance data to drive continuous improvement. Represent BRE and Atlas Copco at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events. What We’re Looking For You’re an experienced Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Technical Sales Engineer with a background in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sales. You’ll also bring: Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. A proactive, consultative approach to sales and client management. A good understanding of technical products or engineered systems. A full, clean UK driving licence (essential). Experience in compressed air systems, gas generation, or related engineering sectors is advantageous but not essential—full product training will be provided.
