Responsibilities
Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Diagnosing and rectifying faults in electrical, and plumbing systems.
Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to solve complex technical issues.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards during maintenance tasks.
Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Candidate Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer.
Competency in working with M&E equipment, basic electrical and plumbing works.
Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with some flexibility required during busy periods
