What You’ll Be Doing:
Hunting for business
– Calling and building strong relationships with schools
Sourcing and placing talent
– Matching top educators with fantastic roles
Hitting sales targets
– Working to KPIs and pushing to smash them
Mastering our CRM
– Using tools to boost your efficiency and impact
Developing new clients
– Owning your pipeline and growing it
Building your own book
– Nurturing relationships and securing repeat business
Starting your day flexibly
– Choose your start time between 7:15am and 9am, based on school needs and term‑time schedules
