This role offers excellent progression opportunities as well as significant exposure to stakeholders and senior members of the team.
THE ROLE
Champion fair outcomes for vulnerable customers through robust forbearance and support frameworks
Use data and insight to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
Leverage technology, automation, and smarter ways of working to improve efficiency and customer experience
Ensure collections processes meet all regulatory and compliance requirements, proactively managing risk
Partner with senior leadership to reduce delinquency, minimise losses, and maximise recoveries
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential to have a background in consumer lending, leading a collections and recoveries function
A background in data and leading data teams to drive insight into
Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple teams
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Up to £100,000 base salary
Discretionary bonus scheme
