Salary:
£27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)
Bonus:
Fantastic monthly and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours:
42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on / 2 days off. Weekend work involved.

Responsibilities
Buy cars and ensure efficient running of the branch; main point of contact for customers.
Contact customers, prioritize diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Liaise with back office and colleagues.
Requirements
A current full UK manual driving licence.
Experience in a target-driven environment.
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
Ability to organize and prioritize own workload.
Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
Excellent administration and IT skills.
