Role Description As we expand our footprint across the EMEA region, we are looking for a driven and resourceful Post-Sales Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in storage systems along with hands-on experience in both Linux and Windows environments—ready to support enterprise customers with precision and impact. Responsibilities
Deliver expert-level post-sales support to enterprise customers and partners in the UK, EMEA, and USA Diagnose and resolve complex storage and system integration issues across Linux and Windows platforms Assist in troubleshooting and tuning for Graid SupremeRAID customers installations Provide clear technical documentation and escalation feedback to engineering Collaborate with support and development teams to resolve customer challenges Participate in customer onboarding sessions and knowledge transfer activities Maintain detailed records of support cases using CRM Zoho Work with R&D on additional troubleshooting cases Requirements
6+ years of experience in enterprise storage support or systems engineering. Strong command-line skills in Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu/Rocky/AlmaLinux, SUSE) and solid familiarity with Windows Server environments. Good understanding of NVMe, RAID, SAN, NAS, and performance profiling tools like fio, blktrace, gdsio, etc. Experience with hardware troubleshooting, driver/firmware updates, and GPU/PCIe devices for NVIDIA. Understand Ansible for automation options. Able to learn API with our solution. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently with global teams across different time zones. Able to write Knowledge Base Articles.
