Several years of experience in Backend Software Engineering at a Senior, Principal or Staff Engineer level In-depth knowledge of Javascript/Typescript-based Full-Stack service/microservice development (e.g. Node.js) Extensive experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS), message queues (e.g. SQS) and databases (e.g. DynamoDB) Experience with modern frontend technologies (e.g. React, Vue.js) Able to develop and execute strategic plans with attention to detail Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies Experience delivering scalable systems that solve complex technical challenges at scale Extensive stakeholder management experience across multiple functions/domains with the ability to create alignment across diverse teams Experience mentoring and helping other engineers grow their technical skills A customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset with a bias towards action The ability to communicate complex problems clearly to a diverse group of stakeholders Exposure to or experience with App development (iOS, Android and cross-platform frameworks) Who You Are
