How You’ll Make An Impact
You engage with client stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
You lead the design and implementation of complex software architectures in banking projects, acting as a technical authority and hands‑on contributor.
You collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and client teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
You drive architectural decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices across the full delivery lifecycle.
You act as a mentor and coach to engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
You contribute to Zühlke’s financial services capabilities by sharing insights, lessons learned, and technical innovations, and by supporting bid teams and sales initiatives through your expertise.
What’s Important To Us
You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field and have extensive experience as a software engineer and architect in enterprise banking environments.
You have a proven track record of hands‑on technical leadership in complex software delivery projects.
You understand banking systems, regulatory constraints, and integration patterns in depth.
You are proficient in modern software engineering practices, cloud‑native architecture, and emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing, and can apply them effectively in corporate environments.
You thrive in collaborative environments, work effectively in hybrid teams (on‑site and remote), and enjoy close interaction with clients and teammates.
You communicate fluently in English; German language skills are a plus.
