At Vertu Ford Stoke, we’re looking for a talented individual to join our Commercial Sales Team as either an experienced Sales Executive or a Trainee. This is your chance to start or grow your career with one of the UK’s most trusted motor retailers.

Basic salary: £20,000, with OTE up to £45,000 (uncapped commission)

What You’ll Be Doing
Guide customers through the entire vehicle buying journey—from initial enquiry and test drives to finance options and delivery
Offer tailored advice on finance, insurance, and accessories
Build trust and rapport to understand and meet individual customer needs
Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way
Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship-building
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year in any customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, call centres, etc.)
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn
A full UK driving licence
