On a given day at Lunar, you will:
Administer the company’s SaaS platforms, as well as support remote users with day-to-day issues.
Implement a new automation or integration system between our services to streamline data flows, and document it for future reference.
Evaluate and respond to end-user requests for new features or functionality.
Identify issues with and optimise IT processes or platform integrations.
Research and recommend new products or services.
Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring system performance.
Provide 1st/2nd/3rd line support to colleagues concerning issues with their devices, the office network infrastructure or SaaS platform integrations.
Run training sessions for end-users on how to get the most from a given platform.
Additional Responsibilities:
Problem determination and incident management of network and connectivity issues
Operational performance monitoring and analysis of internal networks
Office WAN connectivity/ISP management
Thorough documentation of new and existing processes and systems.
IT hardware and software procurement
Day-to-day end-user support
Backup support for user onboarding/offboarding and basic training
Required Experience & Skills:
A minimum of 5 years' work experience within IT Systems administration in any sector
Proficiency in Okta and Google Workspace administration
Experience with Okta Workflows for workflow automation
Expertise in MacOS and Windows device support & management - 2nd/3rd line level support essential
Familiarity with MDM solutions for Windows and macOS
Proficiency in network administration - layer 2 and 3 switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs.
Experience in Domain name and DNS management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
The ability to motivate others and guide change
A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes
Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
Good to have:
Scripting (e.g. Python, Bash, Powershell)
Azure AD
Kandji
Intune/Endpoint Manager
Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence etc)
AWS Management
HubSpot administration
