UK, working in the Ukrainian time zone Project duration: Ongoing Methodology: Scrum The team: 1 Product Owner, 8 developers Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding: Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project management. Project Management: Manage end-to-end delivery of website builds and booking engine setups. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations. Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies. Financial Management: Monitor project budgets and financial performance. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities. Support sales activities with project insights, reporting, and client presentations. Project advantages: Manage high-impact digital projects for premium clients where attention to detail truly matters. Autonomy & flexibility — 20 hours/week, with trust in your ability to deliver without micromanagement. Direct collaboration with leadership — Regular interaction with founders and senior decision-makers, providing influence and visibility.
