This particular role includes the architectural design and oversight of SAP Success Factors products (including HR and Payroll platforms), ECC 6.0 hosted in AWS; SAP Success Factors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and the short‑to‑medium strategy covering HR, Procurement and Finance transformation and the changes needed on the SAP platforms to enable and support these transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Define technology solutions and oversee architecture for SAP platforms across airport and group functions.
Design and oversee SAP Success Factors, Ariba, Concur implementation and maintain technical architecture using TOGAF methodology.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and roadmap.
Manage cloud infrastructure, private and public cloud, DevOps toolsets, ensuring scalability and security.
Provide strategic direction for short‑to‑medium‑term SAP platform transformations in HR, Procurement and Finance.
Qualifications and Experience
Extensive experience with SAP Platforms (ECC 6.0 on HANA, Success Factors, Ariba, Concur).
Strong technical knowledge spanning enterprise technologies, systems, infrastructure, cloud, development and DevOps.
Experience developing and maintaining technical architecture using enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, presentation and communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Commercially astute with ability to adapt to business and technical change.
Desirable: awareness of Airport / Aviation technology landscape, airport development and construction projects, Enterprise Asset Management systems / IoT / Smart Infrastructure, TOGAF certification or equivalent.
