£28,000 base salary with earning potential (£32,000 OTE) and a competitive, uncapped commission structure

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for people with little or no sales experience who are willing to learn and achieve.
Over the first three months you will be enrolled in Furza’s industry‑leading Sales Academy, tailored specifically for your role, and you will receive an Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation during the training programme.
Training ensures you have the core skills and frameworks to deliver immediate results. Alongside training, Furza provides ongoing coaching, management, mentoring and support to enable you to reach your full potential.
Our Client Our Client is a leading chemical distributor, supplier and trading company for specialty chemicals in Europe. They offer a wide range of products, including natural and synthetic resins, acids, waxes, solvents, pigments and additives for the Adhesives, Paints & Coatings, Construction & Building, Polymers, Water, Textiles and allied industries. They are looking to expand their footprint in the UK market.
Responsibilities
Pro‑active and creative outreach to key stakeholders of target businesses by phone, email and LinkedIn using cutting‑edge technology.
Follow a consultative questioning process when engaging and promoting the company’s products, ultimately achieving full 360‑degree sales cycle expertise.
Achieve specified and agreed monthly KPI’s and targets.
Map key stakeholders through growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Develop excellent customer and prospect relationships, driving growth in both existing and new accounts.
Qualifications
Recent degree‑level graduate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to develop genuine relationships with prospects, customers, and colleagues.
The ability to be consultative and curious when speaking with prospects and customers.
You enjoy a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
