The Role We’re looking for a driven Internal Sales Regional Manager to lead our regional sales efforts and inspire a high‑performing team. You’ll guide Internal Sales Engineers, coordinate with specialists across Solutions, Marketing, Service, and Sales, and be the go‑to person for your region.
What you’ll do :
Drive sales growth and hit targets in your region
Lead, motivate, and develop your team
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for great customer outcomes
Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Champion CRM best practices and data quality
Organise impactful meetings and workshops
Be the first point of contact for technical and customer issues
Build strong customer relationships and tailor solutions to their needs
What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B sales leadership (engineering sector preferred)
Experience developing and coaching teams
Strong commercial awareness and digital skills (Salesforce / SAP a plus)
Collaborative, resourceful, and proactive
Ready to lead by example and drive engagement
Bonus points for :
Experience in instrumentation or automation
Sector‑specific product knowledge
