£30,616 per annum (base £29,033 + up to £8,000 OTE)
About Your Role As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will be interacting with will vary by location, but typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
List of Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
Deliver sales targets across the assigned territory.
Promote Coca‑Cola brands and solutions aligned to customer needs.
Utilise digital tools (iPhone, iPad, point‑of‑sale systems) to support sales activities.
Negotiate and secure sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
Handle manual product handling and equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
Manage workload and schedule independently while meeting key targets.
Engage customers digitally to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
Qualifications & Skills
No prior experience required; full training provided.
Proven ability to work well with others, stay active and thrive in a hands‑on role.
UK driving licence or equivalent; eligibility to work in the UK.
Within a 60‑minute commute from Hoxton.
Influencing and negotiation skills; experience driving positive outcomes with customers.
Experience with manual handling, point of sale and equipment.
Proficiency in using digital technologies (iPhone, iPad) for sales activities, communication and reporting.
Strong prioritisation and time‑management skills.
