Since our inception, we’ve driven significant decarbonisation efforts globally, funded extensive reforestation and climate‑impact projects, and facilitated the removal of hundreds of thousands of tons of carbon from the atmosphere. With hundreds of active business clients and growing international reach, our impact is expanding daily.
Opportunity We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Growth Content Manager to help Furthr create expert, high‑impact content that brings new customers to our service. You’ll turn complex sustainability topics into compelling, credible copy that earns trust and drives leads via LinkedIn posts, landing pages, product explainers, and practical sales materials. This is a key execution role: the content you produce will form the foundation of our digital presence and commercial toolkit. We take a personal approach to sustainability. Whilst we have best‑in‑class software to support both simple and complex decarbonisations, we know that Sustainability needs passion, personality and support.
We’ve found product‑market fit, clarified our messaging, and developed brand and tone guidelines. Now we’re ready to reach a wider audience, and you’ll lead that charge. You’ll have structured input from our consultants, commercial team, and leadership, with clear ownership over delivery priorities and final sign‑off. We’re building a well‑supported system that helps you create fast without getting stuck in bottlenecks.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery. You’ll help refine what works, experiment with new formats, and play a central part in building an inbound engine that delivers qualified leads. As this function grows, you’ll shape content strategy, test paid channels, and define how Furthr scales its voice and credibility across key markets. We’re a mission‑driven, collaborative team, so we’re looking for someone who’s energised by purposeful work and enjoys working closely with others to move fast and create impact.
Key Responsibilities

Repurpose and repackage core materials into new formats (e.g. turning a new solution developed by our tech team into a short explainer post or one‑pager)
Write copy designed to support the sales team (e.g. frameworks, explainers, top‑10 checklists, etc.)
Collaborate with sales and senior leadership teams to identify what content is most useful for potential clients
Optimise messaging and clarity for buyers across our core verticals (e.g. professional services, tech, construction)
Audit and refine homepage, landing pages, and services copy with an eye for clarity and conversions
Suggest new pages or formats where needed (e.g. project spotlights, sector‑specific resources)
Ensure that all content is technically correct and aligned to Furthr’s sustainability expertise
Work with consultants to shape technical inputs into accurate but digestible copy
Own SEO‑lite content strategy: structure and publish pages or blog‑style content to help grow organic visibility
Explore and test paid content/ads: work with the team to develop content that can be trialled in paid formats
Refine metrics & performance: contribute to defining KPIs for content effectiveness (e.g. engagement, leads, conversions)
Qualifications & Core Skills
Strong copywriting and content creation experience (either agency or in‑house), ideally in B2B or consultancy settings
Clear, confident writing style that can distil complex topics into punchy, expert‑led content

Collaborative, proactive, and willing to work closely with commercial and consulting teams
Bonus: SEO know‑how, light design/layout skills (Figma/Canva), experience with paid social copy
