Business Analyst
role at
easyJet holidays
As a Business Analyst at easyJet holidays, you’ll be working closely with Product Owners and Delivery teams to shape how we deliver change. You’ll lead on gathering and managing business requirements across a range of projects, seeing them through from initial idea to delivery.
You’ll spend time getting to know how our business works, how our systems connect, and where we can do better. Your role is to connect the dots between the business and technical teams, making sure we’re clear on what needs to happen, why it matters, and what it means for our people and customers.
You’ll stay close to the product throughout the lifecycle, flagging risks early, asking the right questions, and making sure impacts on processes are properly understood. Along the way, you’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, help define measurable outcomes and contribute to how we improve our ways of working over time.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
Professional expertise in web development and CMS integration with a deep understanding of website structures and the ability to align technical architecture with business objectives.
Hands‑on experience in integrating content management systems and ensuring that technical solutions support strategic goals.
Proven experience collaborating closely with Product Owners and the web delivery team, including designers, developers, and architects.
Strong analytical skills, including process mapping, competitor analysis, and data analysis to inform decision‑making.
Ability to write clear and actionable requirements using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and to apply Behavior‑Driven Development (BDD) methodologies to support agile delivery.
Capacity to understand complex business processes alongside system integrations and technical architecture, delivering solutions that meet both functional and strategic needs.
Collaborative, thoughtful and proactive communication skills; confident facilitator who thrives working closely with delivery teams or senior stakeholders.
Experience in the travel or holidays industry is a plus, but the focus is on asking the right questions, connecting the dots and keeping things moving.
What’s In It For You
Competitive base salary and an all‑inclusive benefits package including a company‑wide bonus scheme and 7% pension contribution.
Share options, life assurance and a range of flexible benefits you can tailor to your needs.
Heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers and a generous annual leave entitlement.
Opportunities for development and a welcoming, inclusive workplace that supports your growth.
Full‑time role based at the easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport with a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
