Partnership Support Team Leader
and play a pivotal role in driving growth through outstanding partner support and strategic sales execution. What You’ll Do: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Partnership Support Consultants Drive sales performance and ensure targets are met Develop and deliver impactful training programs Manage a diverse portfolio of intermediary firms Foster strong relationships with external partners Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align and execute growth strategies Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in team leadership, sales, or account management (preferably in financial services or insurance) Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset Analytical and data-driven approach to performance management Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working with digital tools/platforms and in regulated environments is a plus Location:
