roles available. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of Neuhaus. Alongside your Boutique Manager and team, you’ll create luxurious, personalized experiences for every customer, ensuring each visit is memorable — and delicious. From storytelling about our handcrafted pralines to wrapping perfect gift boxes, your mission is to spread joy and indulgence. You’ll also: Drive commercial results by engaging customers and offering tailored recommendations. Maintain our beautiful boutiques to the highest standard — our products deserve a flawless stage. Take ownership of stock replenishment, daily operations, and till duties. Collaborate on in-store promotions and ideas that elevate the Neuhaus experience. TO BE Who You Are? You bring previous success in a similar retail role, ideally within a luxury, hospitality, or premium food environment. You radiate elegance, warmth, and confidence — your presentation and communication are always polished. You are fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. You are flexible, reliable, and thrive in a dynamic setting. Most importantly, you love people and chocolate — in that order (well, almost).
