We are looking for a Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst to support the Go-to-Market (GTM) function for Clearpay UK. This role is important to allowing business leaders to accelerate profitable growth. You will provide strategic insights, conduct financial analysis, and support important decision-making processes.
On a typical day, you will…
Be an expert and finance lead to important decision-makers across the company to help build strategic initiatives and special projects. Lead high visibility projects requiring cross-functional and analytical support.
Identify issues, develop hypotheses, and implement in-depth analysis to translate data into relevant insights. Make recommendations to important decision-makers and the executive team.
Support annual planning and quarterly forecasts for cross-functional teams, evaluating organisational tradeoffs.
Prepare analyses and materials to communicate performance and trends to the UK SLT and Cash App Leadership.
Complete ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decision-making and inform investment allocation.
Work collaboratively with the broader Finance & Strategy team and other departments to deliver continuous improvement in processes and ways of working.
Qualifications
2+ years of combined experience in strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, or comparable experience (background in FinTech).
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like finance or economics.
Experience engaging with team members of all levels.
Expert modelling skills (with Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with SQL.
Additional Information Please note that this role offers hybrid working, attending the office 1-2 days per week, the remainder working from home if so desired.
