Career Studio . Our client is an established estate agency currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their very busy sales team at the Telford branch. Location : Telford, England, United Kingdom Salary : £24,500 negotiable depending on experience; uncapped bonus. Benefits : Long‑term career opportunities. Qualifications : Proven track record in residential property sales, preferably in Telford and surrounding areas. Enthusiasm, determination, self‑motivation and a commitment to succeed in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to manage and prioritise workloads to meet targets and deadlines. Main Duties : Arranging and conducting property viewings. Liaising with all parties to ensure sales are agreed between vendors and purchasers. Effectively handling enquiries and queries over the telephone and in‑branch. Carrying out effective sales progression, keeping all parties updated through the sales process to swift, seamless completion. Communicating with clients at all levels and delivering first‑class customer service. Exhibiting flexibility and going the extra mile to ensure a positive client experience. Remaining compliant with current legislation and company processes at all times. Ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
