We’re hiring Junior Sales Manager to join our head office sales team in Theale, Berkshire. As part of this role, you’ll be provided with contacts and leads to convert into successful sales deals. Don’t worry, comprehensive sales training on products, services, and our processes will be delivered by our in‑house team and external partners.
Your Role as a Junior Sales Executive
Engage with prospectus and existing customers: Build and sell IT service agreements via telephone, email, and live chat.
Qualifying customer needs: Assess where customers are in their IT refresh journey and guide them accordingly.
Advising on solutions: Recommend products and services tailored to meet customer requirements with support from the team.
Actively drive new leads to the company.
Managing progress and account management: Keep in contact with customers and build the position of a trusted advisor for their IT with the support of your team.
Cross‑department collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (support, accounts and admin) to ensure smooth progression with sales.
Supplier relationship: Coordinate with suppliers and their portals to help support activities in achieving the best value to our clients.
Maintaining CRM records: Accurately log all customer details and updates in the HubSpot CRM system.
Deliver exceptional service: Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to an outstanding service and delivering solutions that are fit for purpose.
What you will need
Basic understanding of technology products.
Excellent communicator with a natural ability to build rapport.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Able to process approved quotations into confirmed sales orders, ensuring accurate data entry and communication through CRM/ERP systems.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries received by phone, email, or via the website.
Organised and able to follow a sales process.
Achieve and maintain compliance standards.
Hard‑working, self‑motivated and resilient.
Able to handle objections and customer challenges.
