Hiring for Field Sales Executive – Luxury Clothing Brand We are seeking a polished and well presented Field Sales Executive to join our prestigious high‑end luxury clothing brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). This role requires a sophisticated approach to selling, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the drive to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage potential HNWIs through various channels including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Present and promote our luxury clothing collections to HNWIs, tailoring presentations to the client’s unique style and preferences.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing high‑value sales.
Client Relationship Management: build and maintain long‑term relationships with HNWIs, providing personalised shopping experiences and exceptional customer service.
Conduct in‑home or private client appointments, providing bespoke fashion advice and wardrobe consultations.
Follow up with clients post‑purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Reporting and Administration: maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software; provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager; ensure all sales processes and transactions comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications
Experience of new business development in any industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly with HNWIs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with discerning clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
High level of personal presentation and a deep appreciation for luxury fashion.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
