This is a full time position for which the right person will become a key member within the Sales Team for Robots & Automation Systems. Knowledge A broad industry/manufacturing knowledge and understanding that the typical automation solution sales process should be consultative. Knowledge of machine tool automation solutions would be an advantage Skills A proven track record in technical sales with a proven sales management record Effective questioning and data capture within the sales process Proven record of developing and maintaining a sales pipeline Previous experience with Salesforce CRM would be advantageous Personal Attributes Demonstrate a “get it done” work ethic Always drive for the highest possible standards and quality Be punctual and respectful The candidate will work alongside a small team of experienced sales managers and back-office proposals staff developing solutions against customer requirements.
