Job Description Spin Master is a leading global children's entertainment company, creating exceptional play experiences through its three creative centres: Toys, Entertainment and Digital Games. What will you work on?
Assist the Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) and team to maximize sales activity in the company’s key customers.
Provide a robust administration function for the account management team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of account admin tasks within specified deadlines.
Undertake general departmental administrative tasks for the UKI Sales Director.
Provide a weekly top‑line analysis of sales data to the SNAM and National Account Manager (NAM).
Understand customer inventory position and chase orders where required.
Lead the social and digital strategy with the customer’s marketing team, working with internal Brand Managers and the SNAM to build the plan.
Ensure the timely preparation for customer meetings and previews.
How will you create impact?
Own and drive Spin Master’s digital/social presence in all areas as per key responsibilities.
Coordinate and manage digital/social activities around promotional and merchandising activities agreed by the SNAM/NAM.
Create, maintain and analyze weekly sales output to present to the business and support planned intakes, proposing or raising orders for the customer.
Assist the account management team with the FOB ordering process.
Assist the UKI Sales Director with administrative tasks.
Support the SNAM/NAM by managing promotional invoice processes through Salesforce, gaining pricing approvals and handling other general administrative tasks.
Manage product assets and product copy, ensuring they are sent to customers/uploaded to their portals on time.
Complete customer forms, including the set up of new items and any ad‑hoc requests from the customer.
Brief the graphic designer on new customer‑specific assets for product/brand launches.
Carry out any ad‑hoc duties such as demonstrations at the London Toy Fair, providing backup support to other teams during holidays.
Complete all tasks in a professional and timely manner at all times.
Coordinate packaging data requests from the customer.
Liaise with the customer and internal teams on product quality issues.
Manage reports, forecasting dashboards, general sales requests, meeting notes, and document updates as required.
What are your skills and experience?
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role in the CPG or toy industry preferred.
Customer‑driven approach and a 'go‑getter' attitude.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and pivot tasks when needed.
Strong relationship‑building skills, both externally and internally.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, and Salesforce (an asset).
Demonstrated organization, planning, and communication skills.
Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, and EPOS reports.
Ability to commute to the office in Marlow, working 4 days per week onsite.
