Field Sales Representative (Striker) Red Bull UK and Acosta Europe are looking for Strikers to join our team engaging with Quick Service Restaurants across the UK. Acosta Europe is an exceptional business that cares about its people. We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world and are currently seeking a Striker to represent our partner Red Bull to drive brand awareness and sales of their products in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel.
Location: West London – Salary: £29,495 per year; Bonus: 12% performance‑related bonus; Contract: Permanent full time.
Key Responsibilities
Be the face of our brand, building strong partnerships with QSR operators, managers, and decision makers across your territory.
Drive distribution, menu listings, and visibility of Red Bull in outlets to ensure we are always front of mind for customers.
Educate QSR partners on new product opportunities, cross‑promotions, and upselling strategies to maximise Red Bull's role in their business.
Implement in‑store activations, promotional campaigns, and point‑of‑sale materials to increase trial and awareness.
Work independently to manage and grow your territory, using your entrepreneurial mindset to identify and act on opportunities.

Skills & Experience
Experience in FMCG, foodservice, hospitality, QSR, or sales roles preferred, but we also welcome applications from motivated individuals with transferable skills.
A passion for the brands we represent and the drive to succeed in a competitive market.
A full manual driving licence with flexibility to travel within your defined territory.
Commercial awareness in foodservice & QSR.
Relationship building & account management.
Menu strategy, influencing & negotiation.
Product knowledge & brand advocacy.
Activation planning & execution.
