Sales Manager – Support Warehouse Limited Human Resources Administrator was incorrectly given in the original header; the role is a high‑performing Sales Manager leading our North America team.
Over the last two years we have grown 10x from a $700,000 to a $7 million revenue business, and we plan to grow 30% in 2026. The right sales leader will continue this trajectory.
Day to day in this role looks like:
Leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Working closely with senior stakeholders in our partner organisations to ensure mutual success.
Setting clear goals, growing performance, and driving continuous improvement in sales processes and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development:
Manage, coach, and support a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets with a One Team mentality.
Pipeline & Forecasting:
Oversee team pipeline activity, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM data management.
Customer Relationship Management:
Work closely with senior stakeholders within our partner organisations; support the team in building strong client relationships and resolving escalated issues effectively.
Performance Management:
Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews to ensure accountability and development.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Implement sales strategies and campaigns in line with company objectives and market opportunities to strive for better.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and improve customer experience.
Data‑Driven Approach:
Utilise data to drive team performance, provide insights on market trends, and sales insights to senior leadership.
Ideal Candidate
Strong background in sales, particularly demonstrating building excellent relationships with external partners.
Has a solid understanding of the IT channel.
Has experience building strong relationships with key stakeholders within external partners.
Wants to be present on site in Leeds with the team for a minimum of four days per week.
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Results‑driven with a strong commercial mindset.
Team‑building and people development.
