Social Media & Content Marketing Manager Astons is a leading investment immigration and relocation company offering bespoke residency and citizenship solutions in the EU, Caribbean and other countries. We provide end‑to‑end immigration support to businesses and private clients, as well as to leading lawyers, family offices, banks and investment firms worldwide.
This is a hands‑on and proactive position, allowing for someone to design and execute the content marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Plan and produce engaging content formats, including posts, videos, stories, blog articles, and newsletters
Lead influencer marketing initiatives: identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers/creators to support brand campaigns
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimise content performance
Track and analyse content metrics, creating reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
What we expect from you
Successful proven track record of working with high net worth target audiences (HNWI and above). Preferably in financial services, premium real estate, yachts, luxury goods, etc.
Successful proven experience of working in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing
Fresh outlook, creativity, willingness to learn new things and to analyse related markets in search of non‑standard solutions
Well‑developed aesthetics and sense of beauty
Making decisions based on data and test results
Independence and initiative
Attention to detail and a healthy amount of nerdiness
Hands‑on approach and self‑sufficiency
