“Let’s roll camera…”
At AD Education UK, we shape the future of the creative industries.
Through our flagship brands, SAE Institute and ICMP, we deliver industry-focused education to thousands of aspiring creatives across the UK and beyond.
SAE Institute was founded in 1976 and now spans over 40 campuses across 28 countries. In the UK, we offer hands‑on creative degrees across audio, film, games, content creation, VFX, web development and more, all designed to feed real talent into real creative industries.
“Create boldly. Tell stories that matter.”
As our Digital Content Creator, you’ll report directly to the UK Marketing Manager, SAE, and play a key role in bringing the SAE brand to life through video‑first, scroll‑stopping content.
This role is primarily focused on SAE UK, with occasional support for ICMP. You’ll work closely with the Social Media Executive, Graphic Designer, students, academics and campus teams to capture authentic, energetic content that resonates with Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
If you love fast‑paced shoots, creative storytelling and making content that grabs attention in seconds, this one’s for you.
What you will be doing? Creating standout digital content (video & graphics)
Leading the creation of high‑quality video‑first content, from short‑form social to longer‑format pieces
Producing interviews, student stories, course explainers, campus features and event content
Editing content to a high standard using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut or Canva
Repurposing existing footage and student‑created content into engaging short‑form videos
Capturing photography when required, including portraits, lifestyle, campus activity and events
Creating supporting visuals such as thumbnails, overlays, highlight slides and social graphics
Working to marketing briefs
Bringing briefs from the UK Marketing Manager and Marketing Officer to life through strong visual storytelling
Contributing creative ideas that enhance campaigns while staying aligned with strategy
Delivering high‑quality, on‑brand content to deadlines
Collaborating closely with the UK Marketing Manager, with clear opportunities for upskilling and development
Planning, organisation and workflow
Planning and coordinating shoots across multiple UK campuses
Managing equipment, logistics, schedules and file organisation
Maintaining a clean, structured media library with well‑labelled assets
Balancing multiple projects while staying calm, organised and proactive
Campus and people engagement
Building strong relationships with students, academics and campus teams
Confidently engaging people on camera to capture authentic stories
Spotting content opportunities in classes, workshops, showcases and events
Travelling regularly to SAE campuses across the UK
Additional content
Supporting internal communications, explainers, presentations and virtual events when required
Occasionally supporting ICMP content needs, while keeping SAE as the main focus
“I wanna be the very best, like no one ever was…”
Essential:
Strong video editing skills and a passion for visual storytelling
Confidence working with cameras, lighting and audio capture
Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Confidence engaging with students and staff
Willingness to travel regularly across the UK
Nice to haves:
