Maintain functional specifications that describe in explicit terms how our systems work, using concrete examples
Testing & Quality Assurance
Own test outcomes, considering all scenarios and behaviours and providing domain expertise for QA teams
Design and execute advanced database level test, migration or configuration scripts with limited supervision
Provide product testing sign‑off on complex stories, ensuring they meet business acceptance criteria
Lead continuous improvement initiatives regarding testing approach, coverage and release management, working with QA to implement changes
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Communicate skillfully with the Aiviq leadership team and technical counterparts at client organisations
Coach and lead other product team members, sharing knowledge and elevating team capabilities
Act as a valued and active voice in development teams, contributing to continuous improvement of products and processes
Demonstrate working knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and confidently deputise for Product Owner within Scrum teams where required
What you will need
At least 5 years experience in a business analyst or data analyst role, either within a financial services organisation, consultancy, or (ideally) SaaS/B2B product business
Strong experience with asset management or financial services, with preference for candidates who have worked in industry, vendor, or consulting capacity
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
Deep technical knowledge of data technologies, particularly Azure, SQL Server, ADF, and DevOps
Proven experience with data modelling, data architecture, and Master Data Management concepts
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and solve complex technical problems independently
Active adoption of AI tools and workflows to enhance productivity, analysis, and problem‑solving capabilities
