Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Identifying and maximising business opportunities.
Advertising properties, arranging property viewings and registering applicants.
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face‑to‑face.
Achieving personal and branch sales targets.
Building alliances with developers through active networking.
Acting as the communication stream between client and vendor.
Building strong relationships internally and externally.
Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry.
Handling the sale of a property from viewing to close.
Skills required
Must hold a full driving licence.
Excellent sales ability.
High level of customer‑service skills.
Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
Ability to negotiate.
Tenacity and self‑starter attitude.
Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
Responsive to change.
