Your Mission
Strengthen engagement with customers and partners across the UK, Ireland & Scandinavia
Boost service performance and satisfaction
Champion the connection between service, sales & marketing
Deliver on agreed KPIs and continuously improve our service offering
What You Bring
A growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive
Strong technical sales or service experience (capital equipment ideal)
A passion for customer satisfaction and performance excellence
High energy, responsiveness and problem-solving ability
Experience with CRM, service ticketing, online parts ordering & database tools
Leadership skills with a coaching mindset
