You’ll be the face of Flatpay — meeting merchants, understanding their challenges, and showing them a product that genuinely makes their lives easier. If you’re motivated, confident, and hungry to earn, this is the perfect step in your sales career.
What You’ll Be Doing
Meeting merchants booked by our SDR team — demoing Flatpay and closing deals (75% of signings).
Generating your own pipeline through referrals, networking, and cold canvas (25%).
Tailoring our solutions to merchant needs.
Delivering and installing terminals for new merchants and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Keeping accurate CRM records and managing your pipeline.
Building long‑term customer relationships with ethical, honest selling.
Feeding insights to SDR, Marketing and Product to help sharpen performance.
What You Bring
1–3 years of sales experience (any background — retail, hospitality, events, telesales, door‑to‑door, field, etc.).
Great communication and rapport building.
Confident with objections and negotiation.
Resilient, self‑motivated, and driven by results.
Organised and able to plan your time/territory effectively.
Full UK driving licence + access to a personal vehicle (where required).

What You Get
Guaranteed minimum earnings of £2,120/month before tax.
You’ll always receive this amount, even if your commission falls below it.
When your commission exceeds £2,120, you take the difference on top — uncapped.
Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicles.
