*Duties and Requirements: *
* Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues, _*able to start procedures same day.*_
* Able to handle between 10 to 18 patient per day.
* Perform and Diagnostic a variety of dental procedures:
-Cosmetic Dentistry.
- Botox placement _( certification Available ) _
- Invisalign _(Certification Available )_
- Fillings.
- Crowns, Bridges, Veneers, Full Mouth restorations.
- Extractions - Surgical - None surgical - (_third Molar_ "_No require but is a plus"_) ,
- Root Canals - Anterior, Premolar, Molars
- Partials and full dentures
- Cleanings (prophy), FMD, Scaling Root Planning, Able to use laser.
- Implants 3 Types of- " Hiossen" -" Glidewell" - "Osstem" - _(training available)_.
* Administer local anesthesia and manage patient pain during procedures.
* Able to read and diagnostic using digital X-rays and
(_*Color*_ _*Contrast 3d Xray - training available)*_.
* Able to read CBCT diagnostic and Pano Xray
* be able to control oral CAD/CAM for impressions _*(training available)*_.
* Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and best practices in patient management.
* Proficient in general dentistry techniques and procedures.
* Strong knowledge of human anatomy related to dental health.
* *Must have Malpractice Insurance up to date - DEA License active up to date - Maryland Dental License active up to date - CDS active License up to date*
* Understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
* Our Doctor have their own Control of the own Treatment.
*- Our Office - Provide :*
* We current have the best advance dental technology System : Scanners, 3d printers, milling machines, hand-pieces with apex locator integrated, Digital X-ray - sidexis endo-detector system, LED ceramic Handpieces, 4 types of different endo systems, CBCT System.
* We are able to Delivery crown and bridges same day (with Have our Milling machine Prime mill by Sirona ), we do have a full time Dental technician and a Dental Designer - Awarded in 5 countries including USA as best dental designer.
* Our practice have 3 operatories and 3 expanded fusions assistant full bilingual 1 per room - plus one extra assistant who just in charge in infection control. Total of 4. All Our Dental Associate is always with assistant in each procedure.
* We offer mentor, training and CT Course for our associates
* _*Our Dental Associate Don't have to Sell their treatment only make their diagnostic*_, Because we have our sell expert dental team with more than 15 years experience who is in charge to do the sell of the Treatment, since our practice work with several financial companies also
- We Accept major insurances Private, state PPO AND HMO
- 70% patients are Self pay Patients
- We current have 3 major Financial Companies help patients financial their treatments.
- We Offer to our patient in house financial and payment plans. _Doctors DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANY OF THESE DETAILS - doctors always get pay._

Pay: $140,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
