*Position Overview*
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Can Do Kids, you'll evaluate and treat children from birth through age 21 using a family-centered approach. You'll develop and implement customized treatment plans and document care using our user-friendly, web-based EMR system. We value collaboration, and you’ll have the opportunity to co-treat with other disciplines and contribute meaningfully to a child's overall progress.
*What We're Looking For*
* Current Tennessee licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
* A passion for pediatric therapy and making a difference in children's lives
* Professional, organized, and self-driven with strong interpersonal skills
* Collaborative spirit and a true “Can Do” attitude
* Critical thinker and effective problem solver
* Willingness to supervise COTA(s)
* Comfort with occasional travel to local schools for therapy support

*Location & Schedule*
* *Primary Location*: Can Do Kids, 65 Mouse Creek Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37312
* *School-Based Support*: Occasional travel to Cleveland City and Bradley County Schools
* Occasional Teletherapy
* *Flexible Schedules Available*:
* Full-Time (4x10s Monday–Thursday , or flexible including Fridays)
* Part-Time
* PRN (as needed)
