In this role you will:
Editing, Proofreading, Writing & Publishing : Write new and optimise existing content to make it engaging for our German‑speaking audiences, focusing initially on Austria.
SEO Optimised Content : Produce optimised content that engages our audiences and meets SEO best practices, using tools like Ahrefs, SemRush and SurferSEO to recommend ways we can optimise our content.
Audience Engagement & Data‑Driven : Use your analytical skills and keen eye to suggest new, innovative ways of engaging our iGaming audience and expanding our reach in the market.
Self‑Development : Work as part of a high‑performing team and set personal development goals to continually grow your own skill set.
Communication & Collaboration : Collaborate with other teams in the company, including Country Managers, Product, UX Design, and Engineering.
Leadership : Manage external writers to ensure deadlines are met and content is to a high standard.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in Content Digital Marketing – you’ll be able to demonstrate where you’ve been writing, editing and optimising content across digital platforms to improve business performance.
Experience within the igaming/online gambling sector.
Fluent / Native German speaker.
Hands‑on experience with SEO from a previous role and experience using metrics to monitor/validate content success.
Managing external writers to ensure deadlines are met and content is to a high standard.
Be self‑motivated, imaginative and confident in working on your own initiative and with autonomy.
Team player mentality. We like to work with friendly people who thrive when working collaboratively.
Improvement mindset. Constantly striving to learn, develop and grow – you embrace feedback.
Interview Process
Initial chat with Talent Partner (30 minutes via Zoom).
Interview with our team: Content Editor & Content Manager (1 hour video via Zoom).
Take‑home task – you will be given 3 days to complete the task.
Final interview with our team (Content Manager & SEO Specialist) (1 hour video via Zoom).
