In this role, youll audit services, provide clear feedback, and create practical action plans that drive improvement and help us achieve outstanding outcomes. ABOUT THE ROLE As part of your day-to-day work, youll visit homes across your region to review quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and produce detailed reports that give a clear picture of performance. Your reports will not only highlight whats working well but also provide actionable steps to ensure every home meets the highest standards. Youll work closely with operational and quality teams, supporting them to implement changes and achieve excellence. By spotting trends and sharing insights with senior leaders, youll play a key role in shaping continuous improvement across the business. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse or have experience in the completion of quality assurance audits in a care home environment. You'll also need experience of completing quality audits across a geographic area and knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (regulated activities) Regulations. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
