The Role My client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Consultant with around 13 years of experience in the IT sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to grow their career in software consulting.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting clients with their data migration projects - becoming an expert in my clients proprietary platform. The role involves both pre-sales and post-sales support, including delivering product demonstrations and contributing to solution design and implementation.
Full training and mentoring will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the clients data migration tools and services
Deliver presentations and demos to potential clients
Support project delivery using in-house software solutions
Assist with technical queries and product information requests
Liaise with internal development and support teams to ensure smooth project execution
Ideal Candidate Profile
Degree in a STEM field from a top UK university
13 years in a customer-facing IT role, ideally with consulting or support experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated, proactive, and keen to learn
A genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence
Desirable Experience
Exposure to databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
Interest in using AI tools for learning and IT-related research
Familiarity with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy
