We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for analysing and optimising the performance of mobile dating applications. The ideal candidate will bring a data‑driven mindset and experience working in fast‑paced digital environments. Responsibilities
Identify improvement areas through data analysis, aligned with the company’s strategic vision and goals. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate data findings into business strategies. Define, conduct and analyse A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different product initiatives. Develop and monitor dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behaviour, and key usage trends for stakeholders. Requirements
6+ years of experience in data analysis. 2+ years of experience in the dating mobile apps market. Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib). Experience designing and analysing A/B tests. Familiarity with causality models for identifying relationships in data. Advantages
