Salary: £36,599 to £38,525
Location: Cambridgeshire, Huntingdon & Head Office in Farringdon
As a front-line representative of So Resi and MTVH, you will be responsible for delivering the sales budget across multiple locations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and adherence to health and safety standards. Your role encompasses managing the customer journey from site launch and lead management through application processing to completion, engaging efficiently with all key internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Deliver sales culture and performance across the region.
Engage with and provide excellent customer care throughout the sales process.
Manage sales office and showroom, ensuring effective operation.
Support the marketing team in implementing sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to support delivery of new developments.
Monitor void properties weekly to ensure ongoing security.
Maintain knowledge of the legal process for shared ownership and outright property sales.
Qualifications
Experience in a sales and customer service environment.
At least 3 years of shared ownership sales experience.
IT and numeric literacy with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of shared ownership and property sales legal processes.
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer care.
