Role Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to support our delegate acquisition team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales, with a clear pathway to professional growth and ongoing development. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify and assess potential event attendees based on provided criteria. Engage with prospects via phone and email to communicate the benefits of attending our events. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through consistent outreach efforts. Apply persuasive communication strategies to convert prospects into confirmed participants. Assist with administrative tasks including CRM updates and scheduling when needed. Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to ensure event success. What We’re Looking For:
Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales-driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new technologies. An interest in technology and cybersecurity is a bonus, but not required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently. What You’ll Gain:
