My client is a leading luxury property developer seeking a Project Sales Manager to join the team working on a prime high development in London selling their luxury apartments.
They are seeking a passionate sales professional with exposure to the construction/property industry and experience with new home/off‑plan sales.
Role and Responsibilities:
Guide sales consultants on the best way to sell and promote collaborative working to achieve best practice engagement across the entire team.
Conduct viewings both in person and virtually.
Generate potential sales leads by liaising with agents and following up with potential customers.
Progress reservations through to exchange.
Ensure all compliance forms are completed to exchange and liaise with solicitors to ensure there are no delays.
Attend weekly sales meetings and action new marketing ideas.
Attend networking events.
Create and present marketing videos on the development to be sent out on all social channels.
Effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities and check they are correct.
Be experienced in customer‑facing sales roles.
Have experience in selling new home properties.
Possess construction/property experience.
Have excellent relationship‑building skills and questioning techniques.
Be personable and professional.
Have strong administration and IT skills.
