Responsibilities
Booking in valuations & securing business.
All pre & post follow up for appointments, consisting of confirmation calls & feedback.
Conducting viewings based on office policies & procedures.
Registering applicants across our platforms.
Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML.
Ordering EPCs / required compliance.
Pro‑actively ringing through database contracts with the aim of generating business.
Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market.
Rotating window cards & branch material.
Qualifications
Has previous sales experience & a natural selling ability.
Works well within a fast‑paced environment.
Has a natural flair for dealing with people and always looks to provide the best customer service.
Is articulate with strong negotiation skills.
Has 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
