What we look for in a Solutions Architect We are powered by brilliant people and, as a Solutions Architect on the SiXworks team, you will be able to demonstrate a knowledge of the following:
Developing and deploying Cross Domain Solutions, including their design, use, testing and assurance.
Sound understanding of the NCSC patterns and guidance for safely importing and exporting data.
Ability to assess the product marketplace for products which meet requirements of the functional components of the solution.
Ability to convey technical requirements for bespoke components required to software developers.
Ability to understand user requirements and translate these into solution design.
Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Experience of working with both hardware- and software-based cross domain approaches.
Strong knowledge of cryptography and public key infrastructure.
Experience of MOD systems and processes.
Experience of MOD assurance processes.
It would also be desirable to have demonstrable experience of:
Working with the MOD and Defence Digital processes and services.
Supporting development in a Secure-by-Design methodology;
Experience of Data-Centric Security principles.
Experience working with Hardsec Cross Domain appliances.
Experience of cloud deployment automation.
