You will manage pricing and engagement commercials while building scaled, repeatable joint offerings that unlock new routes to market.
The Opportunity Partner Strategy & Ecosystem

Lead product pricing and engagement commercials, ensuring competitive, scalable constructs (list price, discount policy, deal desk governance, partner margins, MDF).
Drive approval processes for bespoke deals and strategic agreements; ensure compliance with UST finance and commercial policies.
Go‑to‑Market & Revenue
Launch joint go‑to‑market with priority partners (solution blueprints, sales plays, collateral, enablement, demand programs) and orchestrate co‑sell with UST/partner field teams.
Own partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline; forecast accurately and remove execution blockers across presales, delivery and operations.
Operations & Governance
Establish partnership operating rhythms (QBRs, joint business plans, scorecards); track certifications, competencies, and marketplace hygiene.
Stand up a lean Partnerships PMO (process, tooling, dashboards) and a deal‑desk cadence with Finance/Legal.
What You Need Education & Experience
7+ years in Partnerships/Alliances and Commercial Management within Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech; track record running multi‑partner GTM and complex commercial negotiations.
Proven experience building with partners and scaling co‑sell programs and marketplace strategies.
Strong pricing, deal desk and margin ownership; familiarity with enterprise SaaS/product commercialization.
